Using an Apple App to Track Your Mood with Phone/Tablet Use
This study will require you to download an app for use over a two week period to provide education on emotion and how best to deal with unpleasant emotions. This app will require up to 10 minutes of your time each day.
iPad, iPhone and iTouch only! With this app you will be able to track your mood over the two weeks and will have different tasks to com plete as well as some information on emotion and how it works. Download the app on the url provided or search the app store for ‘reading catastrophising’. The app will last for two weeks and as you progress more will unlock.
