The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Entrepreneurial Success

The main purpose of this survey is to understand how a supportive organizational culture predicts entrepreneurial success in the function of personality, motivation and self-efficacy. Furthermore, we are interested in investigating the mediation role of these three components in the relationship between organizational culture and entrepreneurial behaviors.
