This study investigates the impacts of the communal areas in residences on resident place attachment and well-being. The questionnaire consists of some general demographic information, ratings of the physical and social qualities of the communal spaces in shared accommodation, and 4 existing measures (place attachment, life satisfaction, mood, and flourishing)
