As the title of the research implies this study is based on a diary of daily stressors. The diary is in the form of a questionnaire recording your daily stressors and the severity of these stressors once a day over 7 day period. This should only take a few minutes to complete each time. The study will be investigating the amount of stress encountered over a 7 day period and the severity of any stressors encountered.
Stage 1: Initial Questions

There will be initial questions to complete at the start of the study. These are standard questions which ask you about different aspects of your daily life and should only take about 15 minutes to complete. When this is complete you are ready to move onto stage 2: The online daily stress diary.
