Promoting Physical Activity in Regular Daily Activities

I am conducting a project designed to investigate the level of physical activity which people engage in during their regular daily activities, and will examine techniques that may help to promote an increased level of physical activity in participants. Participants will initially be asked to complete an on-line questionnaire which will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participants will then be asked to complete two follow up questionnaires one week after the initial questionnaire, and then 3 months after the second. All questionnaires will take around 15 minutes to complete.
