How does Attention influence Emotion?

Our aim is to study if short mindfulness and attention training can modify self-focus attention and acceptance. Participants answer questionnaires and listen to short audio files across 4 days (day 1: questionnaire – 15 mins plus 3 mins audio; day 2: 3 mins audio; day 3: 3 mins audio; day 4: questionnaire – 15 mins plus 3 mins audio)
