Goal Setting, Attainment and the Effects on Happiness

The aim of this study is to examine what type of exercise goals individuals set for themselves and how individual differences such as personality and personal growth initiative influence goal type and attainment. Participants in this study will be requested to complete three online questionnaires over a four month period. However as a participant you get to choose how many times you want to take part in the study.
