Can thinking about the Positive be Good for your Health and Wellbeing?

We would like to understand the relationship between positive mood and health behaviours and beliefs. We will be asking you to answer some questions on how you think, feel and act in relation to your health using a set of questionnaires which will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. We will then give you a leaflet and ask you to fill this in over the following two weeks. It will assist you to think about and write down either positive things that have happened to you, or what you have eaten (what we will ask you to write about will depend on what group we allocate you to). This should take no longer than 5 minutes per day. After these two weeks, we will ask you to fill in the questionnaire that you filled in originally again.
