A Three-Part Analysis: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Perceived Stress, Attentional Abilities and Emotional Acceptance

Research on the effectiveness of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Website link redirects participants to the anonymous questionnaire and then to the exercises. After the completion of the exercises, participants are requested to retake the survey, so any differences can be recorded.

The completion of the exercises takes 4 weeks, where participants are provided with useful mindfulness exercises and resources. Allowing them to save links so they can use it even after the completion of the research. The benefit of taking part is indeed access to mindfulness exercises for free, as they usually have to be paid for.
